Question 1

Why combine facilitation and motion design for NGOs and mission-driven teams?

Accepted Answer

Most communication projects stall not in the animation software, but in the boardroom—competing stakeholder priorities, dense policy language, and fear of oversimplifying. Facilitating alignment workshops early locks the core narrative with your team before translating it into high-craft motion design.

Question 2

Our topic is dense, technical, or politically sensitive. Can motion design handle that without dumbing it down?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Motion design reveals systemic mechanisms rather than decorating slogans. Metaphor, pacing, and clear typographic hierarchy preserve scientific and institutional rigor while making it accessible to donors and policymakers.

Question 3

How do you handle grant cycles, non-profit procurement, and fixed budgets?

Accepted Answer

Every engagement is scoped with fixed flat pricing tailored to non-profit grant disbursement tranches and fiscal year cutoffs, ensuring transparent deliverables without surprise overages.

Question 4

Where are you based, and do you work with international teams?

Accepted Answer

Based in Berlin, Germany (CET). Working with non-profits, foundations, and public-interest initiatives across Europe and worldwide via on-site sprints and remote collaboration.
